Keep the conversation going on an existing ticket rather than opening a new one.
- Log in to your client area and go to Support > My Tickets.
- Click the ticket you want to update.
- Type your reply in the box at the bottom, attach any files, and click Submit.
You can also simply reply to the ticket email — your response is added to the same ticket automatically.
Tip: Replying on the same ticket keeps all the history together, which helps us resolve your issue faster than a fresh ticket would.
