If you no longer need our services, you can request cancellation through the client area.
- Log in to your client area.
- Go to Services > My Services.
- Click the service you want to cancel, then click Request Cancellation.
- Choose Immediate (cancel now) or End of Billing Period (cancel when the current term ends).
- Add a short reason if asked and click Request Cancellation.
- Repeat for any other active services.
Important: Cancelling deletes your website, emails, and databases for that service. Download a full backup first (see the Backups category). Domains are separate — they remain registered until their expiry date even if hosting is cancelled. To fully close your account, cancel all services and contact support@hostingpartners.co.za.
