Remove a database you no longer need.

1. Log in to cPanel and go to Databases > MySQL Databases.
2. Find the database in the Current Databases list.
3. Click Delete next to it.
4. Confirm.

Important: Deleting a database permanently erases all its data. Export a backup first (article 121), and make sure no live application still uses it — deleting a WordPress database takes the site down.
