A support ticket is the best way to get help and keep a record of the conversation.
- Log in to your client area at https://my.hostingregistrar.co.za.
- Click Support > Open Ticket (or Tickets > Open Ticket).
- Choose the relevant department (for example, Technical Support or Billing).
- Enter a clear subject and describe your issue in detail (article 191).
- Attach any screenshots, and click Submit.
You'll get email updates as we reply, and you can track it under My Tickets (article 188).
