How to update your account contact details Print

Keep your name, company, and contact information current so invoices and important notices reach you.

  1. Log in to your client area.
  2. Click your name in the top-right corner and select Edit Account Details.
  3. Update any fields you need — first name, last name, company name, phone number, or address.
  4. Scroll down and click Save Changes.

Important: Your account email controls password resets and billing notices. To change it, see article 4. If you have domains registered with us, also review your domain contact details (article 40), as those are held separately by the domain registry.
