How to open a support ticket Print

A support ticket is the best way to get help and keep a record of the conversation.

  1. Log in to your client area at https://my.hostingregistrar.co.za.
  2. Click Support > Open Ticket (or Tickets > Open Ticket).
  3. Choose the relevant department (for example, Technical Support or Billing).
  4. Enter a clear subject and describe your issue in detail (article 191).
  5. Attach any screenshots, and click Submit.

You'll get email updates as we reply, and you can track it under My Tickets (article 188).
