How to set up a recurring or automatic payment Print

Save a payment method so invoices are paid automatically on their due date — no manual steps each month.

  1. Log in to your client area.
  2. Click your name in the top-right corner and select Payment Methods (or Manage Credit Card).
  3. Click Add New Credit Card (or add your chosen payment method).
  4. Enter your card details and billing information.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Future invoices will be charged to this card automatically a few days before they're due.

Note: We don't store your full card number — payment details are held securely by our payment processor. You can remove the saved method any time (article 30).
