A lapsed domain can usually still be recovered — but act quickly.

1. Renew immediately. Log in and renew the domain (article 38) as soon as you notice. During the grace period after expiry, a normal renewal restores it.
2. If the grace period has passed, the domain may enter a redemption period, where recovery is still possible but a higher redemption fee applies. Contact support@hostingpartners.co.za to recover it.
3. After redemption, the domain is released and anyone can register it — so don't wait.

Important: While a domain is expired, your website and email tied to it are offline. The sooner you renew, the cheaper and easier it is to restore.
