Packages define the resources (disk, bandwidth, accounts) that an account gets.

1. Log in to WHM.
2. Go to Packages > Add a Package.
3. Name the package (for example, "Starter" or "Business").
4. Set the disk quota, monthly bandwidth, max email accounts, max databases, max addon/subdomains, and other limits.
5. Choose settings like the cPanel theme and feature list.
6. Click Add.

Tip: Create a few tiered packages (Starter, Business, Pro) that match your pricing, then assign them when creating accounts (article 178).
