A suspension stops your site and email until it's resolved. Here's how to get back online.

  1. Check for an overdue invoice — the most common reason. Log in and pay any unpaid invoice (article 16); service is usually restored automatically soon after payment.
  2. Check for an abuse/resource notice — high resource usage or a policy issue can also cause suspension. Look for an email from us explaining why.
  3. Contact us at support@hostingpartners.co.za if the reason isn't clear, and we'll explain exactly what's needed.

Tip: Setting up automatic payments (article 17) prevents the most common cause of suspension — a missed invoice.
