Prefer a manual bank transfer? You can pay any invoice by EFT.

1. Open the invoice you want to pay (article 16).
2. Note our banking details, shown on the invoice or under the bank transfer payment option.
3. Make the transfer from your bank, using your invoice number as the payment reference.
4. Keep your proof of payment.

Important: EFT payments aren't instant — they can take 1–2 business days to reflect, and longer between different banks. If your service is due soon, use PayFast instant EFT (article 20) for immediate activation. If a payment hasn't been allocated after two business days, send your proof of payment to support@hostingpartners.co.za with your invoice number.
