A domain must be unlocked before it can be transferred to another registrar.
- Log in to your client area.
- Go to Domains > My Domains and click the domain.
- Find the Registrar Lock setting.
- Switch it off to unlock the domain.
Important: Registrar Lock protects your domain from unauthorised transfers, so only unlock it when you're actively transferring the domain away. Re-lock it if you decide not to transfer.
