If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself by email — no need to contact support.

1. Go to https://my.hostingregistrar.co.za and click Login.
2. Click the Forgot Password? link below the login form.
3. Enter the email address on your account and click Submit.
4. Check your inbox for an email from us with a password reset link.
5. Click the link and enter a new password twice to confirm.
6. Log in with your new password.

Note: The reset link expires after a short time for security. If it's expired, simply request a new one. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
