Hotlink protection stops other websites from displaying your images while using your bandwidth.

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. Go to Security > Hotlink Protection.
3. Confirm the list of URLs allowed to link to your files includes your own domain.
4. Optionally specify file types to protect (for example, jpg, png, gif).
5. Click Enable.

Tip: This prevents other sites from "borrowing" your images directly, which can otherwise eat into your bandwidth allowance.
