Each invoice lists exactly what you're being billed for.

• Line items — each service, domain, or add-on, with its billing period (for example, "Web Hosting — Business — 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026").
• Setup fees — one-time charges that apply only on first purchase.
• Sub Total — the total before tax.
• Tax/VAT — any applicable tax, shown separately.
• Total — the amount due.
• Credit — any account credit applied to reduce the amount owed.

Note: If a charge doesn't look right, open a support ticket (article 187) with the invoice number and we'll explain or correct it.
