The EPP code (also called an auth or transfer code) is a password that authorises a domain transfer.

1. Log in to your client area.
2. Go to Domains > My Domains and click the domain.
3. Look for EPP Code, Auth Code, or Get EPP Code in the management menu.
4. Copy the code exactly, or click to have it emailed to your registrant address.

Note: Treat the code like a password — anyone with it can request a transfer. Some local extensions, including .co.za, may use a different transfer mechanism without a standard EPP code. If you don't see one, contact support@hostingpartners.co.za.
