TXT records hold text used for verification and email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

1. Open Zone Editor (article 131) and click Manage for your domain.
2. Click Add Record and choose TXT.
3. Enter: - Name: the host (for example, yourdomain.co.za. for SPF, or _dmarc for DMARC) - Record/Value: the exact text provided (for example, v=spf1 +mx ~all)
4. Save.

Tip: TXT records are how you prove ownership for many services and how you set up SPF/DMARC (article 86). Paste the value exactly as given.
