A current phone number helps us verify your identity and reach you about urgent issues.

1. Log in to your client area.
2. Click your name in the top-right corner and select Edit Account Details.
3. Update the Phone Number field, including your country dialling code (for example, +27 for South Africa).
4. Click Save Changes.

Note: Make sure the number is one you can answer. We may use it to confirm sensitive changes such as cancellations or account recovery.
