If you're eligible for a refund, request it through support.
- Review our refund and money-back policy (linked in the client area footer or on our website).
- Log in and open a support ticket (article 187) in the Billing department.
- Include the invoice number, the service involved, and the reason for your request.
- Our team will review and respond, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or added as account credit.
Note: Refund eligibility depends on the service and how long you've had it — domain registrations, for example, generally can't be refunded once registered.
