Remove a mailbox you no longer need.

1. Log in to cPanel and go to Email > Email Accounts.
2. Find the account and click Manage.
3. Scroll down and click Delete Email Account.
4. Confirm.

Important: Deleting a mailbox permanently removes all its stored email. Back up anything important first (export it from webmail or your mail app), because this can't be undone.
