Move a client account to a different package as their needs change.
- Log in to WHM.
- Go to Account Functions > Upgrade/Downgrade an Account.
- Select the client account.
- Choose the new package.
- Click Upgrade/Downgrade.
The account's limits update immediately to match the new package; the client's data stays in place.
Tip: This only changes resource limits — it doesn't touch the client's files, email, or databases. Adjust your billing for the client separately to reflect the new plan.
