This warning means the browser can't verify a valid SSL certificate.
- Check the certificate is installed: in cPanel, open SSL/TLS Status (article 140) and run AutoSSL if the domain isn't covered.
- Check it hasn't expired: certificates expire; AutoSSL renews automatically, but a purchased certificate may need manual renewal (article 145).
- Check you're using the right domain: a certificate for
yourdomain.co.zawon't cover a different domain or some subdomains. - Wait for issuance: a brand-new certificate can take a few minutes to activate.
Tip: After fixing it, clear your browser cache (article 199) or try a private window to confirm the warning is gone.
