Permanently remove a client account you no longer need to host.
- Log in to WHM.
- Go to Account Functions > Terminate an Account.
- Select the account.
- Read the warning, confirm you understand it's permanent, and click Terminate.
Important: Termination permanently deletes the account's website, email, and databases — it cannot be undone. Take a full backup first (article 156) and be certain the client no longer needs the data. For temporary holds, suspend instead (article 180).
