Move a domain you own from another provider to us so everything is in one place.

1. At your current registrar, unlock the domain and disable any privacy protection.
2. Request the EPP/authorisation code from your current registrar (article 43). (Some local extensions such as .co.za use a different process — see the note below.)
3. In our client area, go to Domains > Transfer a Domain to Us.
4. Enter the domain and the EPP/auth code when prompted.
5. Complete checkout and pay any transfer fee.
6. Approve the transfer confirmation email if you receive one.

Note: Transfers can take a few days to complete. For .co.za and some other local domains, the process differs and may not use an EPP code in the usual way — contact support@hostingpartners.co.za and we'll guide you through the correct steps.
