Several ways to regain access to your WordPress admin account.

1. Easiest: on the login page, click Lost your password?, enter your username or email, and follow the reset link sent to you.
2. No reset email arriving? Use Softaculous — open the WordPress install in Softaculous and edit the admin details there.
3. Advanced: in phpMyAdmin (article 119), open the wp_users table, edit your user, and set a new value in user_pass using the MD5 function.

Note: The reset email is sent from your site, so if the site's own mail isn't working, use the Softaculous or phpMyAdmin method instead.
