How to reply to or update a support ticket Print

Keep the conversation going on an existing ticket rather than opening a new one.

  1. Log in to your client area and go to Support > My Tickets.
  2. Click the ticket you want to update.
  3. Type your reply in the box at the bottom, attach any files, and click Submit.

You can also simply reply to the ticket email — your response is added to the same ticket automatically.

Tip: Replying on the same ticket keeps all the history together, which helps us resolve your issue faster than a fresh ticket would.
