Follow your ticket's progress at any time.
- Log in to your client area.
- Go to Support > My Tickets (or Tickets).
- You'll see each ticket with its status — Open, Answered, Customer-Reply, or Closed.
- Click a ticket to read the full conversation.
Tip: "Answered" means we've replied and it's waiting on you. Replying (article 189) reopens it for our team.
