Stop a service you no longer need.
- Log in to your client area.
- Go to Services > My Services and click the service.
- Click Request Cancellation.
- Choose Immediate or End of Billing Period.
- Confirm the request.
Important: Immediate cancellation deletes your data right away. Back up your website, emails, and databases first (see the Backups category). Choosing "End of Billing Period" lets you keep using the service until the term you've already paid for runs out.
