If you ever need to move a domain to another provider, here's how to prepare it on our side.
- Log in to your client area and go to Domains > My Domains.
- Click the domain, then unlock it (set Registrar Lock to off).
- Request the EPP/authorisation code (article 43) — it's shown in the domain management area or available on request.
- Disable domain privacy if it's enabled.
- Provide the code to your new registrar and start the transfer there.
- Approve any confirmation email to complete the move.
Note: A domain usually can't be transferred within 60 days of registration or a previous transfer. Make sure your domain contact email is current so you receive the approval request.
