If you're eligible for a refund, request it through support.

  1. Review our refund and money-back policy (linked in the client area footer or on our website).
  2. Log in and open a support ticket (article 187) in the Billing department.
  3. Include the invoice number, the service involved, and the reason for your request.
  4. Our team will review and respond, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or added as account credit.

Note: Refund eligibility depends on the service and how long you've had it — domain registrations, for example, generally can't be refunded once registered.
