Set up your domain email in Microsoft Outlook (desktop).

1. Open Outlook and go to File > Add Account.
2. Enter your email address and click Advanced options > Let me set up my account manually, then Connect.
3. Choose IMAP.
4. Incoming: mail.yourdomain.co.za, port 993, SSL/TLS.
5. Outgoing (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.co.za, port 465, SSL/TLS.
6. Enter your password and click Connect.

Note: Use your full email address as the username for both servers.
