Your account profile holds the information and preferences that apply across all your services.

  • Edit Account Details — your name, company, address, phone, and account email.
  • Contacts/Sub-Accounts — additional people who can receive emails or log in (article 5).
  • Security Settings — two-factor authentication and security questions.
  • Change Password — update your login password.
  • Email History — a record of every email we've sent you, so you can re-read invoices or notices.
  • Payment Methods — saved cards or payment details for automatic billing.

You'll find all of these by clicking your name in the top-right corner of the client area.

Tip: Check Email History if you think you missed an invoice or notice — every message we send is logged there.
