How to check the status of your support ticket Print

Follow your ticket's progress at any time.

  1. Log in to your client area.
  2. Go to Support > My Tickets (or Tickets).
  3. You'll see each ticket with its status — Open, Answered, Customer-Reply, or Closed.
  4. Click a ticket to read the full conversation.

Tip: "Answered" means we've replied and it's waiting on you. Replying (article 189) reopens it for our team.
