The home directory holds all your website files — a quick, focused backup.

1. Log in to cPanel and go to Files > Backup.
2. Under Partial Backups, click Home Directory.
3. The archive downloads to your computer.

Tip: This is the fastest way to grab all your files without including databases or email. Pair it with a database backup (article 160) for a complete site copy.
