Backup frequency and retention depend on your hosting plan.

• Many plans include automatic backups taken on a regular schedule (for example, daily or weekly) and kept for a set number of days.
• You can view available restore points in JetBackup (article 163).
• Server backups are a safety net — not a replacement for keeping your own copies.
