If you can't log in at all, work through these steps in order.
- Forgot your password? Use the Forgot Password? link on the login page (article 2).
- Not receiving the reset email? Check your spam folder and confirm you're using the correct account email address.
- Lost your 2FA device? Use the backup code you saved when you enabled 2FA to log in, then disable and re-enable 2FA with your new device.
- None of the above worked? Contact our support team at support@hostingpartners.co.za from the email address registered on the account. For security, we may ask you to verify your identity before restoring access.
Tip: Once you're back in, review your contact email (article 4) and 2FA backup code (article 6) so this doesn't happen again.
