If you can't log in at all, work through these steps in order.

  1. Forgot your password? Use the Forgot Password? link on the login page (article 2).
  2. Not receiving the reset email? Check your spam folder and confirm you're using the correct account email address.
  3. Lost your 2FA device? Use the backup code you saved when you enabled 2FA to log in, then disable and re-enable 2FA with your new device.
  4. None of the above worked? Contact our support team at support@hostingpartners.co.za from the email address registered on the account. For security, we may ask you to verify your identity before restoring access.

Tip: Once you're back in, review your contact email (article 4) and 2FA backup code (article 6) so this doesn't happen again.
