These are the settings any mail app needs to connect.
- Incoming (IMAP):
mail.yourdomain.co.za, port 993, SSL/TLS - Incoming (POP3):
mail.yourdomain.co.za, port 995, SSL/TLS - Outgoing (SMTP):
mail.yourdomain.co.za, port 465, SSL/TLS (port 587 with STARTTLS also works) - Username: your full email address
- Password: your mailbox password
- Authentication: required for outgoing mail
To see the exact settings for your account, go to Email > Email Accounts in cPanel, click Connect Devices, and view the recommended settings.
