These three DNS records prove your mail is legitimate and dramatically improve deliverability.

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. Go to Email > Email Deliverability.
3. Find your domain and click Manage.
4. cPanel checks your SPF and DKIM records. If either shows a problem, click Repair (or Install the suggested record) to add it automatically.
5. For DMARC, add a TXT record (article 135) named _dmarc.yourdomain.co.za with a value like v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:you@yourdomain.co.za to start in monitoring mode.

Tip: Begin DMARC with p=none to watch reports without affecting delivery, then tighten to quarantine or reject once you're confident everything is aligned.
